MOMSCHOOL Project
To promote MOMSteel among educational institutions and young students, aiming to contribute to the development of their professional skills that enhance their resumes, MOMSteel has initiated a partnership and cooperation project with secondary schools, vocational schools, and higher education institutions, called “MOMSchool – Learning to Do.”
EIFFAGE Metal Academy
To support France’s reindustrialization policy, professionals in the sector show a strong need for recruiting technical professions such as welders, assemblers, and even boilermakers. However, companies in the sector face challenges in recruiting this scarce qualified workforce.
Drawing on its experience in metallurgy, Eiffage Métal has decided to establish its own training school to address this situation. In partnership with the Welding Institute and Alemploi, Eiffage Métal will launch the Eiffage Métal Academy in 2023 within the Lauterbourg factory, in a workshop of over 100 m² equipped with dedicated workstations.
