ESG - Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance
A MOMSTEEL integra os fatores ambientais, sociais e de governança (ESG) para uma gestão socialmente responsável.
Environment
The environmental component of ESG is vital for building a sustainable future. We aim to play a crucial role in environmental preservation, meeting stakeholder expectations, and ensuring longevity and resilience in an increasingly conscious and demanding market.
Social
We focus on social practices, including diversity, equity, inclusion, human rights, working conditions, and community impact, promoting social justice and the well-being of stakeholders.
Governance
Refers to the leadership structure and ethical practices of companies, encompassing transparency, accountability, legal compliance, and risk management, ensuring decisions align with stakeholder interests and promoting corporate integrity and long-term sustainability.
Within the scope of the MOMSTEEL – EIFFAGE Quality Management System, we will monitor the performance of our suppliers. The criteria supporting our evaluation are:
Compliance with delivery deadlines;
Quality of the materials/services provided;
Environmental performance and sustainable practices;
Responsiveness and communication;
Document compliance and applicable certifications.
Metodology
Supplier evaluation is carried out based on defined criteria, according to the occurrence rate and financial impact.

Financial Impact Rate (FIR): Cost of occurrences in relation to the purchase value.
The overall score results from the following weighting: 80% (OR) and 20% (FIR).

At the end of each year, the supplier classification is determined: 🟢 > 95 Excellent 🔵 80 – 95 Good 🟡 70 – 80 Acceptable 🟠 50 – 70 Critical 🔴 < 50 To be re-evaluated
